Methods of payment:
• Visitchile Ltda. accepts wire transfer and credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Diners. For more detailed information, please read the "Enquiries, Availability forms and Payment information" in our General chapter.

When you make a booking via Visitchile.cl Ltda., we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information includes, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your contact details (email, phone, fax) and your credit card details. When you submit a request via our email support forms, we also collect your name and email so that we may respond to your request or query as quickly as possible.
We disclose your information to third parties (such as our hotels) only for the purpose of completing your transaction with us, providing the above services to you and for the purposes of associated administration. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, we will email your CONFIRMATION/ACCOMMODATION/PACKAGE/ITINERARY BY PLANE/ VOUCHER to you, which MUST BE retained for check-in Purposes.

The credit card will be charged in Chilean pesos, CLP. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. All transactional and charge information will be shown on your Receipt/Invoice.

Credit card details are only used to pay for accommodation and package booked through our service. These details are stored securely at all times, are not used for any other purpose and will never be provided to any unauthorised third parties.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
• Please note that any special request such as diet food, room location/ type/ view or others will be subject to availability upon request. It will not be guaranteed unless stated in our written confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies to all the programs and products:
o Cancellations must be received by fax or e-mail, this being the only valid cancellation document.
o Cancellation of the confirmed booking, 30 to 21 days prior to departure date, will result in the loss of 30% of the total price of the booking.
After that, the following charges will apply:
20 to 14 days before arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the total price of the booking.
Less than 14 days before arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the total price of the booking.

o Special cancellation policies will be notified along with our quote.
o For any cancellation there will be a minimum charge of US$ 100.
o We strongly recommend you buy insurance at the time of booking, to cover possible cancellation fees, lost luggage, medical expenses and other.

HOTEL CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
• Subject to availability, normal hotel check-in between noon and 3pm, and hotel check-out between 11am and noon.

WEB SITE ACCURACY
• The tour's and hotel's descriptions in the web site have been compiled based on the information available at he time of editing it. Changes may occur afterwards beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep the web site as updated as possible.

LIABILITIES
• Visitchile Ltda. shall not under any circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by any tour participant, which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight.
• Visitchile Ltda. shall not under any circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by any tour participant, which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the traveller's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedure, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries he/she intends to visit.
• Visitchile Ltda. act only as agent for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation or other services. Visitchile Ltda. , shall not be liable of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or any other inconvenience caused by the service's providers.

MAJOR FORCE
• The organizers may decide to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of hostilities, natural disasters, accidents or any other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Visitchile Ltda. shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting there from, upon notice to the tour participants and full refund of any amount paid for the tour or unused portion of the tour, as appropriate.
