The
Andean Lakes Crossing is
the most scenic way to travel from Argentina to Chile. This
spectacular crossing of the Andes takes you through lakes
and mountain passes that can either be made from Bariloche
(Argentina) to Puerto Varas or from Puerto Varas to Bariloche.
Operates all year round.
The crossing includes three lakes: the Nahuel Huapi lake,
Frias lake and Todos los Santos lake and 3 buses
*Cruce Andino or the lakes crossing can be done in 1,
2 or more days.

Lakes
crossing from Puerto Varas - Bariloche in one day trip

Departures
from Puerto Varas. The tour will then follow to Petrohue,
bordering LlanquihueLake. Throughout the journey on
route, you will be able to enjoy imposing sights of
Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. Entrance to VicentePerezNational
Park, place in where you will visit the Petrohue falls,
impressive volcanic rock shapes, in which the esmerald
green water covers.

Set
sail to Peulla, navegating Todos los SantosLake, if
the weather permits it you will keep on enjoying the
scenery of Osorno and Puntiagudo Volcanoes and Tronador
Hill.
12:15PM
Arrival to Peulla, ecological Village, paradise for
the nature lovers. Here you will have lunch (doesn't
included).
14:00PM
We
will board a bus with destination to Puerto Frias, Customs
procedures to exit Chile and enter Argentina. We will
cross the AndesMountains at only 976 metres over sea
level. We will start to go down road to Puerto Frías,
and navigate through the lake that receives the same
name: Lago Frias (LakeFrias) and head journey onto Puerto
Alegre, place in where we will board a bus to Puerto
Blest.

Depart
from Puerto Blest, this will be our last navigation
through Nahuel Huapi Lake with destination to Puerto
Pañuelo, we will take a bus to do the last portion
and destination to San Carlos de Bariloche. City in
which throughout the year fascinates the tourist with
its Ski centre, commerce, hotels, restaurants and night
life.

Upon
arrival, board the bus that will take you on the last
stretch to Bariloche, Argentina, a city that beckons tourists
all year round with its wide variety of ski resorts, shops,
hotels, restaurants and entertaining nightlife.

Free time to stroll around. 11:00 am Departure to Peulla, sailing
through Lake Todos Los
Santos enjoying an even more spectular view of the
Osorno Volcano and the Puntiagudo and Tronador Peaks. 13:00 pm Arrival at Peulla, an ecological

02 Peulla - Puerto Frias - Puerto Blest - Bariloche
15:00pm Departure by bus
to Puerto Frías, Chilean customs control. Cross
the Andes Mountain range at approx. 976 meters above
sea level and continue down the winding road that leads
to Puerto Frías. Cruise on Lake Frías to Puerto Alegre.
17:30 am Arrival at Puerto Blest. Visit to
the Cántaros Falls. Optional lunch.
16:30 pm Departure from Puerto Blest on the
last cruise to Puerto Pañuelo. Upon arrival, board the bus that will take
you on the last stretch to Bariloche, Argentina, a city
that beckons tourists all year round with its wide variety
of ski resorts, shops, hotels, restaurants and entertaining
nightlife. 21:00

enter Chile at the Peulla border where this reciprocity
fee is not charged.
Due
to Argentine and Chilean customs regulations, passengers who
book the lakes crossing must be duly identified with their
complete information, which needs to be processed 7 days prior
to the passengers’ arrival at the latest.
