Starting this Tour we will visit the only Catholic church on Easter Island. It is located at the end of Te Pito or Te Henua street. This is the Parish of the Holy Cross founded as such in December 1937 and whose first pastor was Father Sebastian Englert, an essential figure in the study of the customs, language and history of the island. Continuing, we will pass through the place that offers the greatest variety and quality of craftsmanship: The Craft Market. Located a few steps from the Church of Santa Cruz, it was built in the 70s of the last century with funds raised during the Tapati festival. Here local artisans meet to offer their products, operating as a center for buying and selling items produced by the islanders.
Once the center of Hanga Roa is finished, we will turn to the Tahai Sector to visit the Father Sebastián Englert Anthropological Museum, which has more than 40 years in the mission of collection, rescue and conservation of the cultural heritage of Rapa Nui. The ceremonial complex of Tahai is one of the most interesting places in Rapa Nui, because it combines archaeological remains of great historical importance with a beautiful landscape setting facing the Pacific Ocean. Tahai is the largest archaeological center and the best restored of those located near Hanga Roa.

The Ahu Tongariki is the biggest ahu of Rapa Nui, and due to its location it is the best place to watch the sun rise on this magical island. His moai were shot down in the civil wars of the island and in the 20th century the ahu was dragged inland by a tsunami.
Since then it has been restored and has fifteen moais of approximately 86 tons, so it was the heaviest built on the island.
Ahu Tongariki is near Rano Raraku and Poike in Rapa Nui National Park.
It has become a ritual for tourists visiting Easter Island, to see how the sun rises between these 15 moais.
