Reservations and payment 
All services requested must be Prepaid 
Means of Payment: Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club), bank transfer.

After receiving your application we will contact you within the next 24 hours. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 06:00 pm
requests made outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Value Added Tax (IVA) 
Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include value added tax (IVA), consisting of 19%. Chile Non-residents are exempt from this tax if they make payment in U.S. dollars and are with a valid passport or identity card. Residents in Chile must pay VAT themselves. 
Except for packages to Easter Island is exempt from tax.
