01 Puerto Montt-Puerto Varas
Transfer from the airport to Puerto Varas. A City Tour
of Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt will start in
the beautiful city of Puerto Varas, also known as the City
of Roses. Here we will know some of the houses built by
the German settlers at the beginning of the twentieth century
and we will go up the Phillipi hill. Then we will continue to
Puerto Montt, a city noteworthy for its architecture and
its fishing and handicrafts activity. Here we will have
the opportunity to enjoy its lookout points and Angelmó fishing cove known for its seafood market and typical handicrafts fair. Back to your hotel.

Day 02 Puerto
Varas-Excursion Peulla
Breakfast. Depart from the hotel for a scenic drive through
the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park to the lake port
of Petrohué, on the southern shores of Lake Llanquihue,
en-route visiting Petrohué Waterfalls. Sail along
Lake Todos Los Santos on board a modern catamaran
to the picturesque border town of Peulla. After lunch (not
included) free time to enjoy leisure walks before sailing
back to Puerto Varas. Arrival at the hotel.

Day 03 Puerto
Varas-Excursion Frutillar
Breakfast. This half day excursion will show us the life
of the nineteenth century German settlers on the western
shore of Lake Llanquihue. W will visit Llanquihue and its
industries, established by the first Europeans in the area.
Frutillar will show us its old houses and gardens, the Museum
of German Settlement, and will tell us about the lifestyle
of the first Germans who came to the area. We will get to know something about its lake activities
and its importance as a city for the arrival and departure
of various goods. During the excursion we will have time
for lunch and to taste wild boar meat, as well as delicious
German dishes.

Day 04 Puerto
Varas-Excursion Ancud
(Chiloe Island)
Breakfast. Departure from Puerto Varas, we will pick up
passengers in different hotels, to continue to Puerto Montt
to pick up more passengers. From Puerto Montt we will drive 58 kilometers on the Pan-American highway and arrive to Pargua, a small village where we'll board a ferry for a 35-minute crossing of the Chacao Channel. Underway, it will be possible to see a wide variety of birds and
perhaps a glimpse of sea lions and dolphins swimming alongside the ferry. Once on Chiloe Island, Chacao will be waiting
for us with its colorful wooden houses, and its church. Time for a visit. Then
we will continue on a gravel road to a fisherman's village,
Caulin, where a lot of birds can be observed such as black-necked swans, American oyster catchers, southern lapwings, wrimpells,
sandpipers and many others. Going to Ancud city we'll stop
at a lookout point to take in a beautiful view of the Pudeto River
and Ancud City. In Ancud we will visit the main square,
market and San Antonio Spanish fortress with time for lunch.
From here we'll drive to the peninsula of Lacuy
where we will get to see Mar Brava, a lonely 15-kilometer beach
where we will have time to walk and enjoy
the thunderous waves of the Pacific Ocean. Late afternoon we will return to Ancud, Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas.

Varas-Airport
Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to the airport.
