Hostería Alta Vista, is an exclusive and intimate former private residence of just 7 rooms, and part of a 60,000 hectare-working sheep ranch. Built in 1920, the charming house is set within a beautiful garden bedecked by flowerbeds and fruit bushes. It boasts a spectacular location in the vast Patagonian countryside of mountains, lakes, rugged plains, and the area's biggest attraction - the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares including the unforgettable Perito Moreno glacier. The area can be explored by horseback, foot or by mountain bike. A stay at Hostería Alta Vista also provides an opportunity for rewarding horseriding or participate in sheep shearing at Estancia Anita. There are also some beautiful walks and trekking possibilities. Mountain bikes are available to guests and fishing for trout can also be arranged. Alternatively, you can enjoy the hospitality and beautiful garden surroundings at the cottage.

Descriptions: Located between Glacier's National Park and el Calafate. Alta Vista inn is part of Estancia Anita, the largest seep-farm in the area (165.000 acres - 22.000 seep). Hosteria Alta Vista is located in Argentina's picturesque Patagonian countryside, en route to Puerto Bandera where cruises to Upsala and Onelli glaciers depart, and 50km from the viewpoint of the magnificent Perito Moreno glacier. The nearest airport is at El Calafate 30km away along an all weather road.
