Quincho is a 4-room luxury Country Home located on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, placed in the southern Chilean Lake District at the entrance of Patagonia. The warmth of the Quincho team, the comfortable spacious rooms (40-72sqm), excellent food, delicious Chilean wine combined with explorations into the pristine Valdivian rainforest, mystical Chiloe, and the oldest Chilean National Park - the Vicente Perez Rosales, are an excellent platform to create unforgettable travel experiences. Our challenge is to personalize our services according to the special expectations and needs of each of our guests.
Explorations & Activities
A range of personalized excursions are included daily; visit nearby volcanoes and waterfalls, the Valdivian Rainforest, the island of Chiloé, the estuary at Ralún. Or, choose from challenging outdoor activities such as horseback-riding, rafting, kayaking, or trekking. Activities may be offered on a private or shared basis sharing the experience with other Quincho guests (a maximum of eight guests) depending on the type of activity. To enjoy your stay to the fullest we suggest staying at least 2 nights.

Day 01 Puerto Montt-Puerto Varas
Transfer from the airport to the Lodge.

Day 02 Puerto Varas
Breakfast. Departure at 8:30 AM from Puerto varas. The bus only stops underway to pick up passengers at the hotels and continues on to Petrohué, bordering the Lake Llanquihue shoreline, with impressive views of the Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. Once entering the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park we will visit the Petrohué Falls with its carved volvanic rock bathed by emerald-green waterfalls. Later we board the catamaran that will take us across Lake Todos los Santos to the picturesque village of Peulla. During our one hour 45 minute sail we will see beautiful close-up views of the Osorno Volcano and Mt. Puntiagudo and Mt. Tronador. In Peulla, we'll have time for lunch(not included) where you can take a stroll and visit the village. Next morning, we leave Hotel Peulla early by bus with destination Puerto Frías. We pass through the Chilean border control and cross the Andes Mountain Range. We arrive to Puerto Frías, pass through Argentine border control and board a small catamaran to cross Lake Frías to reach Puerto Alegre. From here we take a bus to Puerto Blest and embark on our last boat to Puerto Pañuelo. Once on land again, a bus will take us on the last leg of our journey to the famous Argentine resort of San Carlos de Bariloche, which fascinates visitors in winter and summer for its ski center, shops, hotels, restaurants and night life. Arrival is at approx 9:30 PM.
