DAY 06 PUERTO VARAS
Breakfast. This full day excursion will show us the life of the nineteenth century German settlers on the western shore of Lake Llanquihue. W will visit Llanquihue and its industries, established by the first Europeans in the area. Frutillar will show us its old houses and gardens, the Museum of German Settlement, and will tell us about the lifestyle of the first Germans who came to the area. Finally, in Puerto Octay we will get to know something about its lake activities and its importance as a city for the arrival and departure of various goods. During the excursion we will have time for lunch and to taste wild boar meat, as well as delicious German dishes.

DAY 07 PUERTO VARAS - LAKES CROSSING - BARILOCHE
Breakfast.
08:30 am Departure from Puerto Varas. known as the "City of Roses" and bordering lake LLanquihue with a fantastic view of Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. Visit to Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park which features Petrohué Falls.
10:30 am Arrival at Petrohué. Free time to stroll around.
11:00 am Departure to Peulla, sailing through Todos Los Santos Lake enjoying. an even more spectular view of Osorno volcano, Puntiagudo and Tronador Hills.
13:00 pm Arrival at Peulla, ecological town, paradise of nature lovers.

15:00pm Departure by bus to Puerto Frías, Chilean Customs Point, Cross the Andes Mountain range at approx. 976 meters above sea level and continue down the winding road that leads to Puerto Frías. Cruise on Lake Frías to Puerto Alegre.

17:30 pm Departure from Puerto Blest on the last cruise to Puerto Pañuelo.
Upon arrival, board the bus that will take you on the last stretch to

DAY 09 BARILOCHE
Breakfast. Free day to explore the city. You may go to Downtown Bariloche and visit the Civic Center - a national historic monument - and the chocolate, marmalade and pottery shop and factories in the area. On the “Circuito Chico” or “Circuito Grande” tours, you can see the city from different scenic view points and appreciate its captivating nature.

Registration takes place between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM in the port of Ushuaia Board the M/N Mare Australis. Welcome cocktail and departure with destination to Punta Arenas through the Beagle Channel and other Patagonian channels.

DAY 19 THURSDAY CABO DE HORNOS NATIONAL PARK
Sail through the Beagle and Murray Channels to disembark in Cape Horn National Park. Stop in Wulaia Bay, ancient indigenous settlement.

DAY 20 FRIDAY MARE AUSTRALIS CRUISE PIA GLACIER – GARIBALDI GLACIER
Cruise along the main branch of the Beagle Channel to Pia Bay and stop at the Pia Glacier. Later on, the ship will continue on through the O'Brien and Ballenero Channels, Desolada Bay, Aguirre Passage and Cockburn Channel. Passengers will be able to see Pía Glacier from this point.

DAY 21 SATURDAY MAGDALENA ISLAND – PUNTA ARENAS - SANTIAGO
First thing in the morning we will disembark on Magdalena Island in the Straight of Magellan. After a walk to the Lighthouse, the M/N Mare Australis will dock in Punta Arenas, where passengers will be able to disembark beginning at 11:30 AM.

DAY 23 MONDAY - SANTIAGO
Breakfast. Santiago City Tour. We begin our excursion driving along the avenues of the downtown area across the beautiful Forest Park, the Bella Vista district, the art centre of Santiago and the San Cristobal Hill, a beautiful park located at the foot of the Andes range. A great variety of vegetation will be seen along the way until we get to the top of the hill, where the monument to the Virgin Inmaculada Concepción stands. From this place we get panoramic views of the city of Santiago.
